1️⃣ PREP YOUR GARMENT
- Make sure your garment is clean, dry & flat. Note: Some garments should not be heat pressed. If it cannot be ironed, it should not be heat pressed - check the label.
- Pre-press for 10 seconds to remove moisture.
2️⃣ SEPARATE PRINTS & COLOUR STRIP
- If you have ordered multiple prints on one gang sheet, you can seperate them easily by cutting in between them using scissors. The blank part gets discarded after prints so no need to be precious about cutting those bits!

⚠️ Don’t forget this step!
Trim off the coloured edge before pressing — otherwise, it will transfer onto your garment!
3️⃣ PLACE YOUR TRANSFER
- White side DOWN onto the garment — the design side should touch the fabric.
- Clear film side UP — you should be able to see the design through the film.
- Use heat tape if needed to keep your transfer in place.
4️⃣ FIRST PRESS
🌡️ Temperature: 150°C
⏱️ Time: 15 seconds
💪 Pressure: Medium–Firm
🛡️ Cover with a Teflon sheet or baking paper.
5️⃣ WARM PEEL
- As soon as you open the press, peel the film while it’s not cool, but not too hot - give it about 30 seconds to 1 minute after pressing before peeling.
⚠️ Peel carefully and steadily. If the print isn't sticking to the garment, give it another 30 seconds before peeling. Also check your pressure isn't too light as this is a common cause as well.
6️⃣ SECOND PRESS — RECOMMENDED
- Cover the design again and Press for another ⏱️ 15 seconds to help seal the print.
